In the early 2000's, the Internet has already emerged as a mainstream platform for communications, commerce, and data/content delivery. We saw then the opportunity to help companies use this exciting technology to improve how they engaged their customers, partners, and staff.

We also saw and disliked how many large consultancies and design agencies structured themselves (and behaved). So, we set about building a company to create a better place for people to fulfill the same passions that we had about the Internet while helping clients better incorporate the Internet into their businesses.

In 2002 JellyRoll Media was founded by Ricardo J. Navarrette with the collaboration of Marco Mazzei in photography to create panoramic web sites, evolving into web design, flash animation and database programming in addition to graphic design and illustrations. In mid 2004 Steve Luiting joined us bringing excellent skills in Flash animation and graphic design. By early 2005 we added new features to our site like CMS and engine search optimization. In mid 2007 JellyRoll Media began to experiment with blogs and we learned to build entire and functional sites into blogs. When we discovered Joomla™ in early 2008 we realized that this content management system (CMS) was going to enable us to build powerful online applications, and soon after that Magento™ became our main source of sofware used for eCommerce web sites and for large companies and businesses on line solutions. We are excited to announce that at the begining of 2011 the data centers and web servers supporting jellyrollmedia.com are powered by 100% wind energy.
